Who will deliver my order?

We currently use Fed Ex.


Do you deliver to my country?

We currently only deliver to people residing in England, Scotland and Wales excluding the Scottish Highlands and Islands.


When do you deliver?

Our courier can deliver anytime between between 0800 and 1800 on the notified day of delivery. We do not take any responsibility for consignments that perish or go missing if 'no one was in' to sign for and accept the delivery on the specified delivery day.


How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Order before 2pm Monday - Thursday for a Next Working Day Courier Delivery. For orders placed after 2pm on Thursday until 2pm on Monday, delivery will be made on the Tuesday.


Can I request delivery on a specific day?

Absolutely, on check out please choose Deliver by a Selected Day and insert the date in the Delivery note / gift message box below. Please note we deliver Tuesdays - Fridays. We would also recommend requesting the parcel arrive at least one day before incase there are any delays with the delivery.


Can you deliver over the weekend or on bank holidays?

We do not dispatch or deliver products on bank holidays. However if you need cake for a Saturday delivery do contact us on 0116 3406599 or via and we'll do our best to organise this for you.


What do I do if I have not received my order?

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to confirm your order and tracking details direct from the courier.


Please note that our deliveries are sent on a signed for service which should help identify who has accepted the delivery.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help.

  • Check to see if you have a delivery card from one of our carriers. There may have been a failed delivery attempt.
  • Check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf.
  • Look in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel, such as a specified area or in a shed, garage or porch.

If your order has not arrived after this time, and you are certain that it isn't with a neighbour or another member of your household, please Contact Us and we will investigate further.

Please note that items must be reported as missing within 24 hours of being dispatched to you as we are unable to take any action on your behalf after this time.


Will I need to sign for my order?

All our products require a proof of delivery (currently a photo of the parcel in situ and name of receiver) unless you agree for the courier to leave your consignment in a designated safe place with the courier. Please be aware the products are food items and we do not recommend they are left unattended outside and we do not accept any responsibility for any quality issues encountered in this situation.


What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

We can only guarantee the consignment will reach you in an optimum condition on the designated next day service. If you choose to delay delivery by moving the delivery date with the courier or if you are not in to receive your parcel or choose not to unpack the order on the day of receipt and store as required this is entirely at your own risk and we cannot take any responsibility for any loss of quality or degradation of the product. We are unable to offer a refund or a replacement in such circumstances.


Can I add any special delivery notes?

Absolutely, on check out you can add any notes in the Delivery Note / Gift Message Box that will make it easier for delivery. These details will be passed to the courier, however we cannot guarantee that these will be followed - you may have to update the courier with specific instructions via their tracking link.
