These individual ginger and mango cakes are based on a true classic, the Jamaican Ginger cake! The sponge is a moist and sweet, made using dark muscovado sugar to give them real caramel notes to the taste and texture. The individual cakes are finished with a light, mango fruit, dairy free buttercream and dried mango pieces. These gluten free, vegan cakes are simply a classic cake with a little something extra!
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Made in an exclusively gluten, dairy free and wheat free bakery. We do use NUTS.
